Given that they go up against the European Champions this weekend, they would need to elevate their game if they plan on securing a positive result.
Chelsea are one of the four sides that are joint-top in the Premier League after four league matches. They head into this game in second place, bettered only by Manchester United who have a superior goal difference. Their stellar defence was on show against Aston Villa as they picked up yet another clean sheet victory against Dean Smith's side- Lukaku netting twice on his return to Stamford Bridge. The Belgian striker was on target once again during the week in Chelsea's 1-0 win as they successfully kicked off the defence of their UEFA Champions League crown against Zenit St. Petersburg.
