Leicester vs Man City Predictions and Betting Tips
In the Premier League's most-anticipated matchup this weekend, Leicester City and Manchester City slug it out with both sides looking to add three points to their current points tally of six. Read on for our expert tips and predictions.
Brendan Rogers' Foxes have held their won against Pep's flamboyant troops in recent times. This includes a Community shield victory at the beginning of this season as well as a 5-2 victory in Manchester about a year ago. It is to be noted that, however, the Cityzens have won four of their last six meetings against these opponents.
Two of the top-six lock horns
The Foxes followed up their Community Shield triumph with an opening day victory at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers. Their defensive problems were on show against West Ham on Matchday two as the Hammers thumped them 4-1 although their capitulation could be attributed to an Ayoze Perez red card in the first half. They made it six points from nine just before the international break, beating newly-promoted Norwich City two goals to one. Vardy had initially put the Foxes ahead but his goal was cancelled out by the Canaries' Finnish striker Teemu Pukki. It wasn't until the 76th minute the decisive goal went in as Albrighton's shot deflected past the goalie. No other player has scored more goals against a side managed by Pep Guardiola than Jamie Vardy. Would we see his current tally of eight go even further ?
It was looking like the defending champions would start slowly just like they did last season en route to their Premier League triumph. It was de Ja Vu for the City faithful as they watched their side lose to this Saturday's opponents in the Community Shield before going down to Nuno's Spurs on an opening day. However, with ten goals in two games- consecutive 5-0 victories- against Norwich and Arsenal, the Premier League should certainly be wary of Guardiola's troops who would certainly take some stopping.

Seeing how the Cityzens struggled at the Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium, the Foxes would certainly fancy their chances heading into this game. However, we firmly believe the Cityzens have the quality to pick up maximum points at the King Power Stadium although they might not keep a clean sheet as they've done in their last two league matches.
