In their semifinal game, they played out a 1-1 stalemate against Spain in regular time- Two Juventus forwards Chiesa and Morata on the scoresheet for their team. They couldn’t be separated from then on as the game went on to a penalty shootout. Morata went from hero to villain as the Juventus forward missed his spot-kick which allowed Jorginho to calmly slot in the deciding penalty.
