Ukraine vs France Predictions and Betting Tips

It's matchday five in the European World Cup qualifiers as Ukraine and France go at each other this weekend. Read on for our expert tips and predictions.
Although they both shared the spoils in the first leg in France, Les Blues thrashed the Ukrainians in a friendly at the back end of last year with the game-ending seven goals to one. Who wins this highly-anticipated matchup ?
Both sides looking to bounce back from disappointing results
The draw specialists were at it again in their first round of games during this international break away at Kazakhstan. Having taken the lead in the third minute of added time, it looked like they would finally secure their first win in these qualifiers. However, their leaky defence had a contrary opinion as Kazakhstan netted an equalizer for both sides to share the spoils. Although the Ukrainians are still in second place and unbeaten in these qualifiers after four games, they would need to start turning those draws to three points if they're to see themselves in the World Cup finals in Qatar.
Following a poor display in the European Championships, the World Champions were looking to bounce back as they travelled to Bosnia and Herzegovina with the aim of stretching their lead at the summit of their group in the World Cup Qualifiers. The home side took the lead via Edin Dzeko, however, the French had Griezmann to thank as his equalizer only meant they would go home with a point. However, they would certainly be happy with that solitary point given that they had to play a significant portion of the match without Jules Kounde who was sent off.

Ukraine vs France Prediction: 0-1
Petrakov's men are expected to be tough to beat on home soil and with the French being a little below par at the moment, they would certainly fancy their chances heading into this game. However, Les Bleus have more than enough quality to pull them through for a win and we would be banking on them securing a narrow victory.
