A large percentage of people who bet have a certain team they support either publicly or privately. This team is one they are always hoping wins all the time because of the way they play or the players in that team. This is very important as it should give you an insight into how that might affect a team's performance. Player and coach feuds are known in time and also put into consideration before any bets. Emotions are really powerful and a punter's attachment to a team might blur his ability to predict matches rationally.
