The Reds were held to a goalless draw Arsenal in the first leg of their semifinals clash, however, a Diogo Jota-inspired Liverpool was on the right side of things at the Emirates to secure a place in the final. Klopp's well-oiled machine is still waxing strong as we saw them put six unanswered goals past Leeds United, thus, cutting City's lead at the summit of the Premier League standings to three points. This would be the Reds' ninth consecutive victory in all competitions and with the Merseyside club still in the run-in for the FA Cup and UCL trophies, an unprecedented quadruple is on the cards. This would be Klopp's second EFL final appearance as Liverpool boss, the first dating back to 2016 in which they lost to Manchester City on penalties.
